Sr. Manager, North America Customer Success Operations

Sr. Manager, North America Customer Success Operations will lead operational strategies and execution for the customer success function across the North America region, aligning strategy, processes, and resources to deliver post-sales experiences that drive retention, growth, and revenue. Lead regional CS Ops, design scalable processes for onboarding, health monitoring, renewals, and escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure world-class customer experience and alignment with Americas objectives.
