Sr. Manager, Non-Sterile Compounding Operations

Senior Operations Manager for non-sterile compounding labs accountable for daily operations, safety culture, productivity and quality. Leads a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ, building and growing the team, driving continuous improvement, and increasing capacity to meet demand. Responsibilities include managing technician teams to production schedules, identifying and addressing production issues, developing standardized policies/procedures, leading a multi-role team (compounding managers, operations managers, production scheduler, cleaning & sanitization teams, pharmacy techs) across hazardous and non-hazardous compounding, delivering KPIs to meet capacity and demand, driving continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce cost, planning labor, and partnering with Maintenance and Engineering on productivity and innovation. Required qualifications emphasize 8-10 years of pharma operations leadership, cross-functional collaboration, familiarity with lean tools, USP 797/800/cGMP, ability to handle hazardous drugs with appropriate PPE, and physical demands of the role.
