Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Night Shift Warehouse. Lead warehouse operations with a safety-first culture while achieving safety, service, and cost targets. Develop Warehouse Managers and warehouse personnel, oversee productivity and accuracy of receiving, storage, and loading, ensure OSHA/HACCP-compliant practices, and drive process improvements. Role requires coaching and developing teams, reviewing staffing and performance, managing load plans and union/non-union relations, and maintaining strong communication across departments. Required education includes a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred); five+ years of warehouse supervision experience; familiarity with WMS and inventory control; HACCP/PCQI certifications are a plus. Travel about 10% is expected; base pay ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 depending on experience. Benefits are described in the company materials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- HACCP certification a plus
- PCQI certification a plus
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control systems a plus
- Travel: 10% for mandatory meetings/training
