Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Monitoring & Observability to plan, engineer and implement robust IT monitoring & observability capabilities across PVH's global IT landscape, deliver proactive alerting and self-healing capabilities, and provide technical leadership on logging, event correlation, and performance/capacity management. Responsibilities include designing and deploying monitoring solutions for production and pre-production environments, evaluating and recommending hardware/software, developing technical documentation, and guiding cross-functional teams. Required skills include Linux/Windows Server administration, scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript), REST/JSON and Web services, experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, APM, MoM/log management), and SQL for data extraction; strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work with global teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Enterprise Architecture, Information Systems, or related field. Travel: occasional domestic/international travel.
