Job Summary
Develop consistent capacity and material planning for factories to match long-term demand while participating in long-range planning and budget preparation. Lead regional central logistics operations by managing the central control tower for escalations, defining SOPs for operators, and overseeing TMS user onboarding and claim management. Facilitate feedback to SI&OP during executive meetings and drive escalation processes for critical availability or cash flow issues. Optimize standard system setups to improve results and ensure continuous improvement activities with the factory organization. Provide leadership, mentorship, and talent management support to direct reports, ensuring clear communication of vision and strategy across the matrix structure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience with increasing responsibilities within Operations and Materials
- BS degree, Engineering or Business Management
- Computer and software applications skills
- English –fluent level – written and spoken
- 30% Time Travel Needed
