Job Summary
Senior Manager, Marketplace (Digital Commerce & Pricing) owns and optimizes performance across marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) to drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and protect margin through pricing, promotions, and merchandising. Leads end-to-end marketplace execution, analyzes traffic, pricing, ads, and KPIs, and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Product, and Supply Chain to align assortment, inventory, and profitability. Requires hands-on marketplace expertise in listings, digital merchandising, sponsored advertising, and channel-level P&L, with a focus on data-driven insights and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, digital commerce, or related roles
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
- Proven experience owning or managing marketplace channels
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, conversion, and performance metrics in digital commerce environments
