Job Summary

Senior Marketing Manager leads and elevates marketing efforts for HVAC product lines in a B2B context. Drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty; oversees trade shows, social media, and PR strategies; collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales; develops end-to-end marketing strategies across residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC segments; creates product positioning and messaging for contractors, distributors, engineers, and end-users; manages marketing tools and collateral; handles industry events and trade shows (e.g., AHR Expo); analyzes campaign performance and ROI; stays current on HVAC industry trends and regulatory changes; mentors junior team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field required; MBA or technical background is a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within HVAC, manufacturing, or a related technical industry.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, customer segments (contractors, distributors, engineers), and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce and digital management tools (e.g., Asana))
  • Experience in managing trade show logistics and field marketing initiatives
  • Experience developing and managing B2B social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram
  • Experience leading public relations initiatives, media engagement, and corporate communications programs
  • Proven experience leading others by influence
  • Travel: up to 20% for domestic and/or international travel (may include weekends)

Desired Qualifications
