Job Summary

Drive attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels, translating data into actionable insights for marketing leaders. Create forecasts and scenario models to inform annual budget planning, while building self-service Tableau dashboards for brand, demand gen, and strategic events. Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and design experiments with rigorous statistical validation. Partner cross-functionally with Field Analytics, Strategy & Planning, and Data teams on performance narratives and quarterly business reviews. Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for the broader analytics function. This senior individual contributor role transforms data into strategy across Okta's marketing channels, leveraging expertise in martech infrastructure and attribution modeling to optimize ROI and drive competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
  • 4+ years in marketing analytics: campaign performance, demand gen, field marketing, and ABM measurement
  • Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions
  • Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models
  • Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement
  • Data storytelling: communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisions
  • Strong grasp of martech infrastructure: database management, data hygiene, API integrations (ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, data warehouse)
  • Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, Excel
  • Statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Proven ability to influence and guide the work of others without formal management authority

Desired Qualifications

  • AI/ML experience: predictive modeling, propensity scoring, marketing mix modeling
  • Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics expertise
  • SQL proficiency
  • Growth marketing or demand gen background
  • Privacy-first measurement, DSPs, programmatic advertising experience
  • Python, R, or similar statistical tools
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Analytics, Economics, or related field)
