Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for managing and guiding global market research and insights teams, translating complex data into strategic direction, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Oversees planning, forecasting, and performance analytics; designs targeting frameworks, segmentation, and measurement strategies; leads development and scaling of dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting; champions data strategy, onboarding new data sources, and automation to improve decision speed and insights. Collaborates with Data Science, IT, Revenue Strategy & Operations, and Sales/Commercial Operations to align brand, channel, and commercial initiatives and advance AI/Copilot-enabled decision-support tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- English language proficiency
