Sr. Manager, Market Development at GIA India responsible for expanding client portfolio and driving market growth in the assigned territory through strategic market development, partnerships, and education programs. Leads visual merchandising, retailer engagement, CRM activities, regional strategic initiatives with trade bodies, conducts market intelligence, and oversees Trust Centers readiness. Collaborates with inside sales to design retailer engagement programs, and drives campaigns (SMS and email) to promote GIA education offerings, including accredited and unaccredited courses. Develops and implements regional initiatives, identifies opportunities and partner clusters, and ensures brand representation and consistency across retail environments while training staff on brand presentation and customer experience best practices. Ensures execution of education offerings, planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintains data integrity in CRM while delivering actionable market insights for management.”,
