Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for Market Access and Strategic Accounts. Manage the training curriculum, secure material approvals for regulatory and medical compliance, and facilitate delivery across new-hire cohorts and field representatives. Partner with commercial leadership, field teams, and external vendors to define deliverables, incorporate AI-enabled tools, and use analytics to identify capability gaps. Support national meetings, workshops, and onboarding while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Ensure all programs meet quality and business requirements. This role supports Health Systems Directors, Federal Reimbursement Directors, and National Account Leads within Alnylam's RNAi therapeutics organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of the payer and reimbursement landscape
  • A minimum of 7–8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • A minimum of 5–6 years of training experience in a headquarters role or as a field trainer
  • Experience supporting product launches or major commercial initiatives
  • Demonstrated project management and process-improvement skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to develop training that strengthens organizational talent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Experience in Commercial Strategic Accounts or Market Access
  • Experience supporting Market Access, Strategic Accounts, reimbursement, or related customer-facing teams
  • Working knowledge of adult-learning principles
