Job Summary
Develop strategic engineering plans to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while overseeing new product introductions, design transfers, and major projects. Manage site engineering activities, initiate projects to improve operational capabilities, and lead material localization efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for engineering support, guide project teams in NPI and product transfers, and drive yield improvements and cost reductions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within a global service network. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
- At least 15 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- 5 years in team management within a multinational manufacturing environment
- Expertise in NPI design transfer
- Project management
- Lean Six Sigma
- Regulatory standards
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
