Job Summary
Lead lateral associate recruitment strategy and execution for California offices, managing the full lifecycle from candidate identification to offer strategy while building strong pipelines across key practice areas. Oversee recruiting operations for all California offices, including planning on-campus recruiting, law school engagement, and the Summer Associate Program, while mentoring recruiting professionals and implementing regional best practices. Serve as the firm-wide Legal Recruitment liaison for multiple Industry Groups, presenting hiring trends and performance metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10+ years of direct legal recruiting experience
- experience within a law firm environment
- Travel required to other Goodwin office locations and professional conferences, as requested
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems; LawCruit, Workday, and Flo expertise strongly preferred
