Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Learning Solutions Advisor serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, driving the creation, delivery, and measurement of comprehensive learning solutions aligned to business priorities. Responsible for shaping and implementing learning strategies to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness, the role collaborates with HR partners and business leaders across multiple programs, applying performance consulting, change management, and governance to deliver impact. The role leads policy development, oversees complex programs, mentors a team of HR professionals, and uses analytics and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and enhance learning outcomes. A strong emphasis on stakeholder management, communication, and organizational change is essential to drive TD's learning initiatives and align them with enterprise strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in HR, learning and development, or related field
- 10+ years of related experience in HR, learning solutions, or organizational development
- In-depth knowledge of a specialized HR function
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
- Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with internal/external clients
- Experience with learning strategy development, policy development, and program management
- Knowledge of analytics tools and generative AI tools (e.g., CoPilot) to support daily work
- Experience in banking industry practices and regulatory considerations
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and monitor program performance
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Willingness to travel as required
