Job Summary
Manage end-to-end Learning and Development processes including training need identification, analysis, calendar planning, solution design, deployment, and impact evaluation. Lead planning and design of learning interventions using methodologies like ADDIE, VARK, and the 70-20-10 model to build employee capabilities. Deliver training via ILTs and VILTs while developing content for behavioral and competency-based programs. Execute data-backed learning solutions for organizational development initiatives and oversee the Learning Management System. Collaborate with learning providers, drive employee engagement activities, and manage stakeholder relationships. All interviews are in-person at IFC; no hybrid or remote work is permitted. Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in L&D
- Expert in Planning and Designing Learning Interventions including learning trajectories basis the training need identification
- Applying learner-centric development techniques like ADDIE, VARK, instructional design methodologies, 70-20-10 model, etc. in the learning programs/initiatives and content
- Expert in Training Delivery and Training Facilitation via ILTs (Classroom Training), VILTs (Virtual Training), and Content Development
- Expert in designing and developing content/ Content creation & learner support material for Behavioral Training, Competency Based Training, E-learning, and other learning interventions
- Design, plan & execute data-backed learning solutions for various organization development interventions based on identified skill gaps to build employee capabilities
- Capability Building initiatives based on the initiative/projects undertaken by the organization (Business impact Projects)
- Collaborating with learning providers for exceptional training program
- End to End management of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Employee engagement activities
- Stakeholder management
