Job Summary
Lead and execute the company-wide Learning & Development strategy, aligning development initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities. Partner with Talent Management and business leaders to identify capability gaps, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support workforce readiness. Design and deliver practical learning experiences, tools, and programs that improve coaching, accountability, goal setting, feedback, and overall leadership capability. Facilitate company-wide development programs and create scalable learning solutions that drive engagement, performance, and growth. Establish learning governance, standards, and processes that ensure consistency, prioritization, and long-term sustainability. Evaluate learning effectiveness through metrics, adoption measures, and performance outcomes to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact. Lead the evolution of the learning ecosystem, including learning technologies, instructional design standards, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled learning tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Progressive experience leading Learning & Development strategy
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across multiple environments
- Experience translating business strategy into scalable learning programs and resources
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership
