Job Summary
Senior Manager, Learning Design & Management responsible for leading design and development of curriculum projects, maintaining learning content, and directing a team of Instructional Designers to update content supporting cafe teams. Drives special learning initiatives, collaborates with subject matter experts and internal teams, applies instructional design principles and project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery, evaluates program effectiveness, and oversees ongoing content maintenance to reflect brand standards and policies. Requires strategic thinking, hands-on learning design, inclusive leadership, capability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with rapid authoring tools and LMS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and at least 8 years of experience, Master’s and at least 3 years of experience, or Doctorate and no years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience in learning design, instructional development, or talent development.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience working with rapid authoring tools including Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia, PowerPoint, In-Design and Word
