Job Summary
Define and implement a streamlined L&D operating model, including governance, processes, roles, and metrics aligned with commercial objectives. Establish scalable frameworks for curriculum development, content governance, and learner support while organizing the delivery of learning solutions and re-training actions. Redesign core programs for blended delivery and partner with subject-matter experts to ensure content reflects the latest market and regulatory requirements. Lead end-to-end change initiatives by building executive sponsorship and driving adoption across sales, clinical, and support teams. Sponsor and manage cross-functional transformation projects to deliver measurable improvements in time-to-competency and business impact. Define and track KPIs to ensure successful implementation of the new model, utilizing learning assessment methodologies to feed feedback into the L&D life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- Proven track record in a Healthcare company's sales or key-account management function, understanding field challenges and commercial imperatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives—scoping, planning, execution, and ROI measurement
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; adept at engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and driving organizational change
- 6+ years in Learning & Development or Training roles, including senior training manager responsibilities—course design, facilitation, and program evaluation
