Job Summary
Lead implementation and governance of yield standards in North America, monitor yield performance to drive follow-through on gaps, and own KHMS adoption across a manufacturing Pod by coaching plant managers and staff on execution discipline. Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen digital tool adoption and support capability building and best practice sharing. This field-based role requires frequent travel to customer locations and stores, with normal working hours and up to 50% travel. Based in Chicago/Aon Center, the position sits within Kraft Heinz's global food company, where a culture of ownership and agility fuels innovation across iconic and emerging brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of experience in KHMS, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of KPI management, yield improvement, and performance routines
- Proven ability to coach leaders and frontline teams and drive execution through influence
- Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate standards into practical plant-level execution
- Frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.
- Normal working hours and travel up to 50%
