Job Summary
Lead IT manufacturing applications team to design, develop, and integrate manufacturing applications for manufacturing operations; collaborate with senior leadership and IT to drive a manufacturing solutions roadmap across Plant to make, Engineering to execution, Quality and Factory automation; provide functional design, implementation, and support for manufacturing and product quality applications; drive requirements analysis, vendor engagement, and scalable solution architectures; coach and develop team members over 1–2 years, ensure change management and alignment with business needs, and communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing SAP S4, MES applications in a medical device or high-tech manufacturing industry is required
- Minimum 12+ years of implementing planning systems is required
- 5+ years of experience as a people leader is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
