Job Summary
Lead end-to-end integration execution across operational, commercial, financial, people-related, and IT workstreams to ensure successful business integration and timely facility ramp-up. Act as the single point of accountability for integration progress, risks, and outcomes while partnering with functional leaders to define and validate synergies. Translate synergy targets into executable initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and KPIs, then track realization against targets and proactively address gaps. Support leadership with data-driven insights to optimize integration decisions and resource allocation, manage external vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align dependencies. Prepare and deliver clear updates for senior leadership, including dashboards and risk assessments, while leading operational readiness planning for facility start-up.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
- 8 –12 years of experience in project management, integration management, operations, or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience in Operational ramp-ups
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional integration programs, ideally in an M&A or expansion context
- Strong financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, synergies, and performance metrics
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (preferred)
