Sr Manager Integrated Media Strategy

Job Summary
Strategically plan and manage media across all media channels for North America-based theme parks and experiences, including Universal Studios Hollywood. Lead agency teams and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage media budget details and reporting to Finance, Brand, Leadership, and other stakeholders. Partner with analytics to inform media strategy and serve as the Media SME in cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain proactive media plans, bring new ideas, ensure plans align with business needs, and translate data insights into actionable strategy. The role requires collaboration with analytics, procurement, and brand partners, with a hybrid work arrangement (minimum four days in the Universal City office).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
- 8+ years’ prior hands-on experience Media planning and/or buying, agency- or brand-side; experience working across various media types and platforms; in-depth understanding of the media marketplace required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required, with particular focus on experience with Excel & PowerPoint, or similar
- Solid understanding and work experience with both online and offline media planning and buying
- Experience in partnering with analytics teams and resourcing data & insights from measurement and analytics platforms to inform media strategy
- Ability to provide “thought leadership” and creative problem solving when to dealing with strategic challenges to deliver on business goals
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, contributing from the Universal City office a minimum of four days per week.
