Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for the strategy, governance, and delivery of internal and external reporting and analytical models to support business performance, compliance, and executive decision-making. Oversees the design and maintenance of financial, operational, and analytical models, ensures audit-ready reporting, and partners cross-functionally to align outputs with objectives. Drives process improvements, automation, and scalable analytics while coaching a team of professionals and communicating insights to senior leadership. This role operates in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare/MedTech environment within DePuy Synthes under Johnson & Johnson.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience and Skills: typically 8–10 years in reporting, analytics, financial modeling, or related discipline with leadership responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Preferred: experience with regulated or public-company reporting environments
- Preferred: advanced proficiency with BI platforms, financial planning systems
- Preferred: Certifications such as CPA or CFA
- English proficiency; ability to travel up to 10% domestically
