Job Summary
Senior Manager, Insights, Analytics, and Market Research will architect Genetix’s commercial intelligence capabilities, building a centralized market research function, driving forecasting and KPI management, and translating data into insights to sharpen strategy across the commercial organization. Responsibilities include leading analytics for forecasting, developing predictive models, maintaining dashboards and KPI frameworks, designing and executing primary qualitative and quantitative research with HCPs and patients, managing research vendors, and translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. Must have strong Excel skills, experience in life sciences analytics, and demonstrated ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement in Somerville, MA.
