Job Summary
Direct the inside sales team by overseeing customer quoting, inquiries, order processing, and product information to ensure accuracy and consistency. Serve as the escalation point for complex requests and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer requests from inquiry through delivery. Establish and monitor administrative procedures, sales policies, and quote follow-up processes while coordinating with internal departments and third-party vendors. Ensure customer data is accurately maintained in CRM systems and drive process improvements to streamline workflows. Approve personnel activities regarding hiring, training, and performance evaluation for the assigned staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years related experience
- At least 3 years' experience as a manager
- Ability to train, evaluate, and direct the work of assigned employees
- Ability to establish policies and manage business and operational aspects of inside sales
- Extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and services
- Advanced problem solving
