Job Summary
Lead designated IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions while developing and implementing strategic policies, governance frameworks, and budgets. Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and resource allocation across assigned domains. Drive compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, and FERPA, and champion continuous improvement initiatives through ITIL, Agile, and DevOps adoption. Foster stakeholder relationships, provide executive-level reporting, and establish high-performance teams utilizing effective training and performance management. Mentor future IT leaders and reward employee contributions to achieve established business results. Occasionally travel up to 15% of the workday for site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership experience
- Ability to travel to worksite locations
- Occasionally (up to 15% of workday)
- Use fine and large motor skills to operate a motor vehicle
- Use hearing and sight (both near and far vision) to operate a motor vehicle
