Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Information Governance & Stewardship responsible for shaping and advancing governance, stewardship, and controls for critical supply chain data across DePuy Synthes. Leads data ownership, stewardship and KPI-driven governance across ERP/SC&O systems, collaborates with IT/Quality/Regulatory/Compliance, and drives AI- and automation-enabled capabilities for data integrity, risk management, and digital transformation. Defines and sustains data definitions, lifecycle management, data quality controls, and governance for system implementations and process redesigns; partners with ERP deployment teams; emphasizes end-to-end data governance, platform integrations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Travel up to 15–20% worldwide. Qualifications include 8–10+ years in information governance or related roles; strong leadership in global/matrixed environments; knowledge of ERP/SCM platforms (ERP, planning, manufacturing, logistics, QA, analytics); experience with data governance tools and regulatory frameworks (SOX, GxP). Preferred: experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing; SAP/JDE/S4 Hana experience; multilingual and strong executive presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or equivalent)
