Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Information Governance & Stewardship is a global leadership role within SC&O Systems responsible for shaping governance, stewardship, and control across critical supply chain data. Defines data ownership, standards, and accountability; partners with Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Security, and Data & Analytics to standardize definitions, data integrity, and end-to-end lifecycle management; leads platform and process governance for ERP implementations and system changes; advances AI- and automation-enabled governance capabilities; maintains data lineage, retention, and archiving policies; collaborates with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, IT, and Security to enforce access controls and data classification; reports to senior leadership on KPIs and supports digital transformation across the global supply chain network; builds and leads a high-performing information governance and stewardship team; travel up to 15–20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in information governance, data governance, master data, supply chain systems, or related enterprise data and operations roles
- Experience designing and operationalizing governance frameworks, stewardship models, data quality controls, and decision rights across cross-functional organizations
- Strong knowledge of ERP/SC&O platforms (ERP, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, quality, analytics)
- Experience with SAP and JDE ERPs, particularly S4 Hana
- Exposure to AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve data quality and governance
- Experience working across global operating models and in matrixed environments
- Strong executive presence, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks including GxP and SOX
- Travel up to 15–20% (domestic and international)
- Certifications in Data Governance, Information Management, or Supply Chain (preferred)
