Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Information Governance & Stewardship leads governance, stewardship, and data-control frameworks for critical supply chain data across global ERP and digital initiatives. Partners across SC&O, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Security, and Data & Analytics to standardize data definitions, ownership, and lifecycle management; drives AI- and automation-enabled governance, data quality, and risk visibility; defines KPIs, enables governance embedded into system design, and manages a high-performing team to ensure data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies. The role requires senior leadership presence, global collaboration, and experience with ERP ecosystems (SAP/JDE, S4 Hana) and data governance tools, with travel up to 15–20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in information governance, data governance, master data, or related roles
- Strong leadership in global or matrixed environments
- Experience with ERP/planning/manufacturing/logistics/quality analytics systems
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management, metadata, and lifecycle management
- Experience with data governance/catalog tools (Colibra, Informatica, Alation, Microsoft Purview, etc.)
- Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory frameworks including GxP, SOX
- Preferred: experience in medical devices/healthcare/manufactured environments
- Travel up to 15–20%
- English required; other languages a plus
- Certifications in Data Governance or Information Management preferred
