Job Summary
Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation role responsible for leading the Incentive Compensation team and overseeing the design, approval, and administration of annual incentive plans; maintain master customer data files; manage field tools for performance analysis; administer commissions and SPIF programs; ensure regulatory compliance; develop long-term incentive strategies and KPI tracking; collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, and sales teams to optimize incentive programs and drive revenue growth. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and IC program experience; Salesforce.com proficiency; preferred direct Oncology/Laboratory sales experience; capable of remote work in the United States with travel up to ~20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience designing, utilizing or administering IC programs
- Knowledge and experience in IC support systems / software
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 20% of time
- Willingness to collaborate across Sales, Commercial Operations, IT and Finance
- Salesforce.com experience
- Direct Oncology/Pathology/Laboratory Sales experience preferred
