Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist

Act as a liaison between the field force and Home Office to identify and communicate training needs. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions of varied sizes, including National/Regional Sales Meeting workshops, while managing classroom environments to meet learning objectives. Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum covering disease state, clinical, and strategic topics in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coach and provide feedback to Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists, manage vendors for content development, and oversee training projects through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process. Lead and manage the New Hire Home Study process, including schedules, coaching calls, and assessments. Collaborate with Regional Business Directors to conduct field rides and execute regional training initiatives.
