Job Summary
Senior Manager, Price Forecasting in US Immunology responsible for Gross-to-Net planning and reporting for assigned product presentations. Lead development of accurate gross-to-net discount expense projections for LBE submissions, align with commercial business partners on key assumptions, discuss price-related variances at LBE review meetings, and prepare financial planning deliverables. Load LBE forecasts into financial systems for consolidation (US Immunology, US TX, Global, Corporate). Provide decision support through financial analysis on payer mix, payer rate, and channel utilization for Market Access bid proposals. Partner with Copay pricing analyst on rebate forecast and balance sheet requirements. Perform month/quarter end close activities, maintain and improve GTN forecasting models, and complete ad-hoc projects as needed. Requires BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to interact with senior management; excellent communication and organizational skills; capable of coordinating multiple activities under tight timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
- MBA/CPA preferred
- 7 years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills
- Experience in Price Forecasting or Price Accounting, Volume Forecasting, or FP&A
- Ability to interact with and support senior level management in a matrix organization
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
