Job Summary
Lead and advance Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with a focus on financial integration, technology enablement, and data quality; drive IBP/S&OP cycles with cross-functional collaboration, scenario modeling, and executive decision support; manage and mentor the IBP Finance Tech team, ensuring alignment of demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans with Credo and leadership imperatives; responsibilities include performance management, workflow prioritization, and adherence to established processes while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Technology teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field)
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, or related roles
- Strong financial acumen and ability to integrate demand, supply, and financial plans
- Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience using planning, analytics, and reporting technologies to enable IBP processes
- Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and talent development
