Job Summary
Senior HR leader to provide strategic and operational HR leadership at WEG's Duluth, GA headquarters. Lead development and execution of HR strategies, oversee employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management; drive governance for regional benefits and compensation programs; oversee global mobility, immigration, and 401(k) activities; coach HR teams and champion HR policy implementation to support growth and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
- 15+ years of progressive and strategic HR leadership
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits design, and employment law
- HR certification preferred
