Job Summary

Senior HR leader based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office Tue–Thu) will serve as the People Partner for the Supply Chain function, delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, job changes, relocations, promotions, and exits; managing engagement surveys and year-end processes; administering compensation programs and annual merit processes; partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring; advising on job descriptions, salary ranges, and internal mobility; handling LOA and benefits inquiries; guiding policy interpretation and employee relations; conducting investigations; driving performance management, development planning, succession, and coaching; supporting organizational design, change leadership, and org effectiveness initiatives; ensuring HRIS accuracy and regulatory compliance; collaborating with Finance and Legal on budgets and governance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, exceptional communication and coaching skills, ability to influence at all levels, and a continuous improvement mindset. The role supports an inclusive culture, with competitive benefits and a base pay range of $105,000–$130,000.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills including conflict resolution
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
  • Experience in change management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Teams) and HR platforms (Workday a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
