Job Summary
Partner with leaders across business functions as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning people strategies with organizational priorities while providing coaching on performance management, workforce planning, and team effectiveness. Analyze people metrics and engagement data to identify risks, develop executive-ready presentations for decision-making, and support talent review and succession planning initiatives. Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and oversee leave of absence, accommodations, and compliance activities including payroll and benefits administration. Oversee HR operations by maintaining policies, optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes, and developing scalable controls while partnering with vendors and leading the HR Generalist.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive human resources experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to solve business challenges through people-focused solutions
- Strong employee relations experience, including conducting investigations and managing complex workplace matters
- Experience supporting performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership audiences
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience managing leave administration, accommodations, benefits, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle programs
- Demonstrated ability to analyze people data and leverage insights to influence decision-making
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office using G-Slides and PowerPoint
- Experience working within HRIS platforms and leveraging systems to improve efficiency and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities constantly change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
- A self-starter with the ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
