Job Summary
Senior HRBP leader for UCT at the Chandler, AZ site. Partners with site leadership to translate business strategies into people strategies, focusing on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, manager effectiveness, and complex employee relations. Manages HR programs with data integrity across HRIS (UltiPro) and reporting tools, ensures regulatory compliance (FMLA/ADA/EEO/wage-hour), leads ER, and drives analytics dashboards. On-site daily in Chandler, AZ to collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, incentives, and culture aligned to VMV; supports talent acquisition, investigations, and change initiatives in a scale-up/automation context.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years directly supporting senior leaders as an HRBP
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (HR/OD/Business) a plus; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
