Job Summary
Oversee daily HR workflows including apprenticeship, contract labor, and NEEM trainee management while ensuring full statutory compliance with labor laws. Collaborate with senior leadership to align staffing strategies with business goals, manage manpower planning and budgeting, and conduct annual salary reviews and performance appraisals. Direct industrial relations activities, coordinate with safety and administrative committees, and maintain zero production loss through workforce optimization and absenteeism control. Liaise with statutory bodies for inspections and clearances, manage ETP norms, and ensure adherence to ISO standards and audit requirements.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to translate business needs to HR initiatives
- Ability to be approachable & an active listener who is keen on improving workplace culture
- Strong Project Management & Change Management Skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS
- Postgraduate in Human Resource Management/MSW/MBA in HR
- 15 – 20 years' experience in the Manufacturing industry
