Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders across China Supporting Functions to shape people strategies aligned with corporate objectives, driving talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development through data-driven insights. Serve as the go-to Employee Relations authority, managing complex investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with full compliance to local labor law, while proactively identifying risks and delivering manager training to mitigate legal exposure. Lead global and regional HR transformation projects, including talent development frameworks and engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless localization while maintaining corporate standards. Assume full HR ownership for the Organon Trading Company legal entity, maintaining organizational structure and personnel information to support quality department–led government inspection activities. Champion a culture of ownership and agility to drive continuous improvement and elevate HR service delivery across the business.
