Job Summary
Sr. Manager HRBP Operations & Quality drives operational delivery of HR programmes, partners with business leaders on people leadership and lifecycle processes, ensures consistent application of policies with local compliance, supports organizational change and change management, promotes inclusion and wellbeing programs, analyzes HR metrics to inform leadership, and coordinates leadership development and succession planning in a global/matrix environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Industrial Relations or a related field
- Minimum 7 years’ prior relevant experience
- Experience providing HR advisory support across core HR disciplines
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR initiatives and organizational change
