Job Summary

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, leading organizational assessments, talent development strategies, and succession planning while designing large-scale change management initiatives. Build relationships with global partners to champion HR initiatives, collaborate with GBS centers to improve programs, and embed ethical standards as a culture ambassador. Drive workforce planning using data analytics, oversee employment law compliance, and provide expert coaching on complex employee relations matters including performance management and sensitive investigations. Model company values, foster continuous learning, and lead high-impact HR projects to support business transformation and operational excellence. Join the Global HR team at Herbalife to implement a new HR Business Partner model.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering with a focus on engaging with large, global, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of interacting with all employee levels, including SVPs and C-suite executives
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including California labor laws
  • Strong communication skills and a servant leadership mindset
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, capable of making significant contributions to strategic HR initiatives
  • Ability to navigate challenging employee situations, and handle sensitive conversations with confidentiality and integrity
  • Successful project management, including transformation and change management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 4 additional years of HR Business Partnering experience in lieu of a degree
