Sr. Manager-Housing and Program Management

Lead housing strategy and performance for citywide and assigned conventions, managing pace, forecasting, inventory utilization, and risk mitigation while serving as a key liaison with housing providers and hotel partners. Analyze departmental performance to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership, then identify, develop, and continuously improve programs that strengthen organizational capability and destination competitiveness. Maintain a department-wide view of convention activity to align workloads and resources, oversee KPIs and post-convention analysis, and support the transition of incoming business to team members. Provide direct service and planning-visit support when additional leadership capacity is required, building trusted relationships across hospitality organizations and acting as a Brand Ambassador for St. Louis.
