Sr. Manager, Healthcare Compliance Spain/Italy responsible for serving as Healthcare Compliance Officer for Spain and Italy, providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. Leads development and execution of compliance strategies, identifies and manages compliance risks across commercial, promotional, and other activities, provides guidance to business leaders on regulatory requirements, embeds controls into go-to-market models, oversees training, monitoring, risk assessments, and investigations, collaborates with Legal and other functions, and communicates risk insights to leadership. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8–10 years in healthcare compliance or related areas, strong knowledge of applicable laws in Spain/Italy, leadership experience, and multilingual capabilities (English; Spanish/Italian strongly preferred). Travel up to 20–30% primarily within Spain and Italy. Hybrid work arrangement with offices in Madrid (Spain) and Aprilia (Italy). Ensure integrity and speak-up culture across markets; support investigations, audits, and regulatory interactions; stay current on regulatory developments and industry trends.
