Job Summary
Healthcare Compliance leadership for the Nordics: lead end-to-end compliance strategy and program execution for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business across multiple Nordics countries, partnering with Legal, business leadership, and regional/global Compliance teams to promote ethical conduct, risk management, and regulatory compliance; responsibilities include developing strategies, risk assessments, training, monitoring, investigations coordination, and embedding controls into go-to-market models; require extensive healthcare compliance experience, cross-country leadership, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes applicable across the Nordics (e.g., MedTech Europe, national codes)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex, multi-country compliance programs
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage risk in a pragmatic, business-focused manner
- English fluency; Nordic languages preferred
- Travel up to 20–30%
