Sr. Manager, HCC Middle East

Sr. Manager, HCC Middle East is the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Middle East markets, providing end-to-end strategic and operational healthcare compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. The role partners with country and cluster leadership, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional/global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies, identifying and managing compliance risks across commercial, promotional, professional education, and other activities, providing guidance on healthcare compliance requirements, embedding controls into go-to-market models, overseeing training and monitoring programs, supporting investigations and regulator interactions, monitoring regulatory developments, presenting risk assessments to leadership, and fostering a culture of integrity. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or professional certification preferred) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred; travel up to 20–30%.
