Sr. Manager, HCC Middle East

Sr. Manager, HCC Middle East serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Middle East markets, providing end‐to‐end strategic and operational healthcare compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. This role partners with country and cluster leadership, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and compliance with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies; identifying, assessing, and managing compliance risks related to commercial, professional education, and other activities; providing proactive guidance on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision‐making; embedding compliance controls into business processes and go‐to‐market models; overseeing core compliance programs (training, monitoring, risk assessments, issue management); supporting investigations, audits, and interactions with regulators; monitoring regulatory developments across the Middle East; preparing and presenting risk assessments and recommendations to leadership; and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the markets supported. Travel up to 20–30%, with a Hybrid work arrangement in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Dubai (UAE), and potential posting across multiple countries to comply with local requirements.
