Sr.Manager, HCC Central & Eastern Europe

Lead Healthcare Compliance Officer for the Central & Eastern Europe cluster, partnering with country leadership and global/commercial teams to ensure ethical business conduct, risk management, and regulatory adherence across DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics markets. Develop and execute compliance strategies aligned with global/regional priorities; identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial activities, government interactions, professional education, and other business operations; embed effective controls into processes and operating models; oversee core programs (training, monitoring, risk assessments, issue management); support investigations, audits, and regulator interactions; monitor regulatory developments in the CEE region and present risk insights to senior leadership; foster a culture of integrity and speak-up. Required: Bachelor's degree; 8–10 years in healthcare compliance or related fields; strong knowledge of healthcare laws/regulations; leadership experience in complex compliance programs; fluent English; travel up to 20–30%, predominantly within CEE; preferred: advanced degree or certifications in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Ethics; Czech language strongly preferred.
