Sr. Manager, HCC Brazil

Sr. Manager, HCC Brazil leads as Healthcare Compliance Officer for Brazil within DePuy Synthes Orthopedics. The role provides end‐to‐end strategic and operational healthcare compliance leadership, partnering with country leadership, Legal, business, and regional/global Compliance teams to promote ethical conduct, manage compliance risk, and ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsible for developing and executing healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global/regional priorities; identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other activities; providing guidance on compliance requirements and ethical decision-making; embedding effective compliance controls into business processes and go‐to‐market models; overseeing core programs (training, monitoring, risk assessments, issue management) across Brazil; supporting investigations, audits, and regulator interactions; monitoring regulatory developments in Brazil; preparing risk assessments and recommendations for leadership; fostering a culture of integrity and accountability with the organization. Travel up to 20–30%, primarily within Brazil. Fluency in English and Portuguese required; advanced certifications in Compliance/Legal/Ethics preferred but not required.
