Job Summary
Oversee group financial consolidations, statutory reporting, and budgeting processes while leading monthly consolidated financial reviews for senior management and the Board. Partner with regional teams to execute the finance agenda, drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements, and lead external audit management. Co-lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making, and act as a business partner providing commercial challenge and investment advice. Support global tax planning, transfer pricing, and new business line establishment, ensuring all activities align with regulatory standards and commercial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience overseeing and managing group financial consolidations
- Experience ensuring accuracy and compliance in statutory reporting and budgeting processes
- Experience leading the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial reporting for senior management and the Board
- Experience providing clear analysis of performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers
- Experience partnering with regional and local finance teams
- Experience strengthening reporting discipline
- Experience promoting alignment across jurisdictions and business units
- Experience ensuring statutory financial reports adhere to relevant financial regulations and standards
- Experience leading key aspects of the Group's external audit process
- Experience managing senior-level interactions with auditors and internal stakeholders
- Experience ensuring timely resolution of significant accounting, reporting, and control matters
