Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Go to Market Operations, Agency & Video leads a global strategy and operations team to support growth in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. The role partners with senior sales and operations executives to address strategic problems, executes and scales operational and planning processes, and drives initiatives such as new product go-to-market strategies, channel partnerships, and incentive designs. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations (territory design, forecasting, quota management, performance visibility), coordinating cross-functional projects, mentoring team members, and leveraging data analytics and CRM insights to inform management decisions. The position requires strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills, with the ability to influence executives and operate in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in related fields, with Preferred Qualifications including a Master’s degree and extensive SQL/data visualization experience, plus experience in B2B SaaS. The role is based in San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Analytics, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy, finance, management consulting, or analytics
- 5+ years of leadership experience with or without direct reports
